I'm a lecturer in the computer science department at the University of
Waikato, and member of the WAND network research group.
My main research interest at present is in Internet topology discovery,
though I have some interest in packet filters.
I'm responsible for scamper, a program designed
for large-scale active measurement of the Internet.
