edit plan doesn't work

Description

  1. ​https://admin.crc.net.nz/mods/billing/plan.php
  2. Select a plan, and click '[edit]'
  3. Change a peice of information (I selected a new radius plan)
  4. Click 'Edit Plan'
  5. Observe error 
XMLRPC call to "editPlan" returned error: Requested function (editPlan) does not exist!
