I think this is why all the graphs for today are so broken.

rrdbot needs to handle this situation better. I'm not sure exactly what rrdbot isn't liking about nrd that causes it to need to rescan, but perhaps keep track of how many times this is happening for each host, and start ignoring the host after a certain period of time?

The problem causing this loop was a bad user decision regarding an exist poller class which told the poller that something was there that wasn't. This loop however should still be handled better by the poller.

Revision 38 of the rrdbot repository contains a fix for this.
