Initial Passwords for Customers

Description

When creating a new customer there is no method to determine what their initial password is.

After creating a new customer it would be helpful if a message was displayed saying "Created customer 'foo'. Initial Password: 'bar'"

You can use the password generation functions in ccsd_common to create the password.
