Summary statistics for new data
A summary for 15/6/12 was produced using the new driver that carries necessary reruns at a higher confidence when necessary. TCP LB not UDP LB, and TCP is not LB and has no clump and UDP is LB.

Port bit analysis, new modification.
The port bit analysis program was modified again to weight shifted averages over all successors, by multiplying by the max mean minus the min mean of instances for a given next hop. This favours results that show a wide range of bit average values and attenuates results where all or most bits have the same value over all successors.

Port bit data collection, scamper modification.
A modified version of scamper where port bits are sequentially toggled within the range of port values from 7000 upwards. UDP and TCP modes were modified.
